IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees. RAM GAME ROOM

Product Warranties

All RAM Game Room branded merchandise comes with a one-year warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. RAM reserves the right to request suitable images of any warranty claim prior to the warranty being honored.

For all non-RAM branded merchandise, RAM will honor the warranty policy that the manufacturer has in place. If you are unclear of a particular manufacturer’s warranty that RAM distributes products for, please contact us at support@prosportsgames.com.

Product Returns

Buyer’s remorse: If a product has been ordered and the product arrives in excellent working condition, and are only requesting the return as a result of personal preference, then we have two different options:

Option #1: We will send calls tags and make arrangements for the products to be picked up. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking fee & the costs of shipping the item back to us.

Option #2: The customer can make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to our warehouse. Once the items are returned to our warehouse and are in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue a credit for the item, less 25% re-stocking.

 

GLD

All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA). To receive an RMA, please email us at support@prosportsgames.com with the reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse to credit items returned without RMA. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned at the sender's expense. A restocking fee may apply for any returned goods. Items not requiring a pallet will have a 15% restocking fee and items requiring a pallet will have a 25% restocking fee. 

RMA's will remain open for a period of 30 days from date of issue, items not received within the 30-day period will no longer be accepted and will not be eligible for credit.

 

FULL SWING

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If a return is needed, please contact us at support@prosportsgames.com.

Full swing provides a 1-year warranty for parts and labor with lifetime support.  

 

PROTEE

All returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase. It will be your responsibility to return the goods back at your expense. All goods must be returned in like new condition. Parts that are not returned in like new condition will not be credited back to the customer.

True Strike Accessory products such tees, tee receivers and strike mat replacements are not returnable under any circumstances.

If you cancel an order prior to shipment, there will be a corresponding charge for processing the credit card transaction.

If you choose to return a product for any reason other than damage or poor workmanship, there will be a 15% restocking fee, due to the fact that the product will need to be unpacked, re-packed and inventoried.

 

CIMMARON SPORTS

Cimarron Sports warranties its products with a minimum 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing, materials, workmanship defects. Replacements or product repairs upon our evaluation. 

We accept returns within 31 days from the date of purchase. If a return is needed, please contact us at support@prosportsgames.com for instructions and for your return authorization number (RMA). We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.

Make sure to repack the merchandise before shipping it back. Please be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Cimarron Sports, Inc. is not responsible for item damages or lost in transit.

If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged, defective, or it was an incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

Refusal of return / Voided warranties

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by negligence, improper assembly, maintenance, installation, operation or use; failure to follow the instructions that accompany the product; accidents; fire, flood, wind, hail or other Acts of God; extraordinary impact; vandalism, riot or civil disorder; misuse or abuse; or deterioration expected from normal use (such as a natural breakdown in color or materials over extended time and use) and any other matters beyond our reasonable control.

We do not accept returns.

 

RAIN OR SHINE

We offer our customers a hassle-free 30-Day Return Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they’re able to do so within 30 days — the customer is only responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping. Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day mark will not be considered.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A return may be initiated by contacting support@prosportsgames.com, at which point we will confirm the eligibility of the return and provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. As soon as your return is initiated, received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. The restocking fee and return shipping will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Products eligible for return/exchange must be like-new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. For technology returns (such as launch monitors or projectors), all items must be undamaged and unregistered.

If a product exhibits visible signs of wear or is missing items, to the extent that Rain or Shine Golf will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a “new” item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and *a 40% restocking fee will be applied. This also applies to technology that has been registered and is unable to be resold. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return policy and will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return.
  • All software & subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Rain or Shine Golf only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators

 

THE NET RETURN

MASTER PITCH

We accept returns with a 15% restocking fee. Freight fees apply.

 

BATCO

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase to repair, replace or refund the price at the pro-rate purchase price which proves manufacturer or material defect. Warranty is only valid upon presentation of original receipt from BATCO or other proof of purchase. The determination whether to repair or replace the product or to provide a refund shall be determined by the manufacturer. 

For warranty evaluation, the manufacturer must approve the return in advance before returning the product. Please email us at support@prosportsgames.com for more information. 

The manufacturer will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. 

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, installation, operation or use; failure to follow the instructions that accompany the product; accidents; fire, flood, wind, hail or other Acts of God; extraordinary impact; vandalism, riot or civil disorder; misuse or abuse; or deterioration expected from normal use (such as a natural breakdown in color or materials over extended time and use).  

Any unauthorized modification of the product under warranty will render this warranty null and void.    

The manufacturer’s liability shall never exceed the price of the defective material.  Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be obligated for incidental, consequential or other damages, losses or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the product purchased, including but not limited to expenses for labor or material to assemble, install, disassemble, temporarily replace, reassemble or reinstall the product.  

 

KILLERSPIN

If there is extensive damage to the product, please contact us via email at support@prosportsgames.com at your earliest convenience, and reference your order/shipment number. All products with shipping or factory damage will be replaced or refunded by Killerspin. More information may be required depending on date and products ordered.

Prior to return of any and all merchandise, a proof of purchase and authorization must be made. Customer must initiate the return process within 30 days upon delivery. Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition, to an address which we will provide, or the customer will be charged with a 25% re-stocking fee.

Products must be new, unused, and contain all original accessories. Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened.

Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, or an LTL freight company of your choice (for larger items, such as tables). Refunds will not be given for the shipping costs. This applies to all products, including tables. If the returned merchandise is found to be factory defective, a shipping label would be provided.

Products returned, and in the opinion of Killerspin that appear to be damaged by the customer, will NOT be accepted for return, exchange or refund. A customer requesting the return of the damaged product which was sent to and received by Killerspin will require all shipping charges to be charged to the customer for the return of such product or products, unless arrangements of such products are made in advance and authorized by Killerspin.

Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
